Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to inject arbitrary code into CSV files.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data exported from the “Pretty Links > Clicks” page to a CSV file. A remote attacker can inject malicious data into one of the fields that will be executed when loading the CSV file into a spreadsheet application.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system but requires that the administrator performs malicious data export into CSV format and opens it with an application that will execute the injected code.
