Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in Azure App Service/ Antares on Azure Stack. A remote authenticated user can use an unprivileged function to execute arbitrary code in the context of NT AUTHORITY\system thereby escaping the Sandbox.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

Mitigation
Install the App Service on Azure Stack Update 7 build number 84.0.2.10
