Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to the ActiveX Installer allows access to files without proper authentication. A local user can use a specially crafted application and gain access to unauthorized files on the target system.

Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
