Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient documentation about the presence of search history in "com.googlecode.iterm2.plist". A remote attacker can gain unauthorized access to sensitive information on the system, such as tokens, file path, IP address, etc.

Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
