Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input within the Traffic Management Microkernel (TMM). A remote attacker can send specially crafted traffic to the system and cause it to restart.

Mitigation

The vulnerability affects only listed BIG-IP engineering hotfixes.

To solve the issue, remove the listed hotfix or contact your vendor for technical support.
