Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to the Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual PCI on a host server does not properly validate input. A local administrator, running as a virtual machine, can run a specially crafted application and crash a host machine.

Mitigation
Install update from vendor's website.
