Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to improper handling of packets by the IPsec packet processor. A remote attacker can send malicious ICMP error messages to an affected device that get punted to the IPsec packet processor, trigger resource exhaustion and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
