Description

.The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to Microsoft Windows Update Client does not properly handle privileges. A local user can run a specially crafted application and run processes in an elevated context 

Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
