Description
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to weak Registry Key permissions. A local user can modify the system-wide configuration, which would lead to the arbitrary loading and execution of a DLL when certain ABB programs are opened, leading to privilege escalation.
