Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to the OpenSSH for Windows does not properly restrict access to configuration settings. A local user can modify the OpenSSH for Windows configuration on a vulnerable system, then trick a user to connect to the vulnerable OpenSSH for Windows server and replace the shell with a malicious binary.
