Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to the "lib/write.js" does not properly consider exceptions during the writing of an invalid packet to a stream. A remote attacker can trigger resource exhaustion and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
