Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform MitM attack.

The vulnerability exists in the way that allows a KVM host to download and install packages from NSX manager. A remote attacker with ability to perform MitM attack can compromise the communication between the host and NSX manager and trick the victim into installing a malicious update.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow an attacker to compromise the affected system.

Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
