Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly control consumption of internal resources when processing requests with JSON payload. A remote attacker can send an unusually large number of parameters and consume all available CPU resources on the system.

Only BIG-IP ASM systems configured with JSON content profile with parameter parsing (enabled by default) are affected.

Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
