Description

The vulnerability allows a remote user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when processing HTTP PUT requests in FortiProxy HTTPD daemon. A remote authenticated user can send a specially crafted HTTP PUT request, trigger stack-based buffer overflow and crash the daemon.

Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
