Description
The vulnerability allows a remote user to gain unauthorized access to otherwise restricted functionality.
The vulnerability exists due to improper access restrictions within the JSON:API and REST/File modules when validating file uploads. A remote user can bypass the file validation process.
Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
