Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to input validation error when processing directory traversal sequences. A local user with access to Deep Security Manager (DSM)  prior to agent activation can create a specially crafted file and execute arbitrary code on the system with elevated privileges.

Mitigation
Install update from vendor's website.
