Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to integer overflow in the Modbus preprocessor. A remote attacker can send specially crafted traffic through an affected system, trigger integer overflow and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
