Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to untrusted pointer dereference error in System Management Interrupt (SWSMI) handler. A remote attacker can trigger pointer dereference and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
