Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to an unquoted service path. A local user can send a specially crafted file in the path of service and execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges.

Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
