Description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause DoS condition on the target system.

The weakness exists due to incorrect filtration of input data. A remote attacker can create HTML containing a specially crafted file reference (to c:\$MFT\) that, when loaded by the target user via Internet Explorer (and possibly other browsers), will cause the target system to crash.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerability results in denial of service.
