Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error in the Layer 2 Address Learning Manager (l2alm) of Juniper Networks Junos OS on QFX Series. A remote attacker on the local network can send specially crafted traffic to the device and crash the Packet Forwarding Engine.
