The vulnerability allows a remote user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to integer overflow when handling IKEv2 packets in SonicOS IPSec. A remote user can send specially crafted IKEv2 packets to the device, trigger an integer overflow and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
