Description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code or cause DoS condition on the target system.

The weakness exists due to a flaw in fcgiOfcDDA.exe. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted request and cause denial of service or execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges.

Install updated versions from vendor's website.
