Description

The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to improper isolation or compartmentalization error in the Packet Forwarding Engine (pfe). A remote non-authenticated attacker can cause a Denial of Service (DoS).

If a specific malformed LACP packet is received by a QFX5000 Series, or an EX4100 Series , EX4400 Series or EX4650 Series device, an LACP flap will occur resulting in traffic loss.
