Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to sensitive data storage in improperly locked memory in Windows Remote Desktop Licensing Service. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.
