Description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists within Windows IPSec implementation when processing specially crafted network packets. A remote unauthenticated attacker can send specially crafted packets to the affected system, trigger memory corruption and perform a denial of service attack.

Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
