Threat actors attempted to deploy Ragnarok ransomware using EternalBlue exploit and DoublePulsar implant.

Attackers published an anti-Israeli message on the homepage of compromised sites and attempted to inject a malware seeking permission to access visitors’ webcams.

The malware can target iPhone and Android devices, and once installed, can read text messages, track calls, collect passwords, and trace the phone location.

The Wishbone data was reportedly obtained in a hack earlier this year.

Researchers said that because NXNSAttack abuses the very basic principle of DNS protocol, it virtually means there is no fix, only mitigation.

The stolen specifications likely included such information as the range of the missile, the required level of heat resistance and propulsion.

Hacker ‘Sanix’ had grabbed attention last year for attempting to sell a database with 773 million email addresses and 21 million unique passwords.

EasyJet admitted that 2,208 credit card details were accessed by hackers.

The exploit is only effective for authenticated sessions and the affected devices are End of Life (EOL) from 2012.

The officials said the hack is believed to be carried out in retaliation for Iranian attempt to target Israeli water infrastructure.
