Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to infinite loop in PPP printer when handling the DLT_PPP_SERIAL .pcap savefile. A remote attacker can trick  the victim into opening a specially crafted file and cause denial of service conditions.

Install updates from vendor's repository.
