SB2025071715 - Multiple vulnerabilities in Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Unified Contact Center Express

Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-20288)

The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform SSRF attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in the web-based management interface. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request and trick the application to initiate requests to arbitrary systems.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker send malicious requests to other servers from the vulnerable system.

2) Arbitrary file upload (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-20274)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise vulnerable system.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of file during file upload in the web-based management interface. A remote user can upload a malicious file and execute it on the server.
