The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise vulnerable system.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of file during file upload in the Java Remote Method Invocation (RMI) process. A remote non-authenticated attacker can upload a malicious file and execute it on the server.


2) Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-20358)

The vulnerability exists due to missing authentication in the Contact Center Express (CCX) Editor application. A remote non-authenticated attacker can bypass authentication and obtain administrative permissions pertaining to script creation and execution.
