1) Division by zero (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-74643)

CWE-ID: CWE-369 - Divide By Zero

CVSSv4: 6.8 [CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N]

The vulnerability allows a local user to cause a denial of service.

The vulnerability exists due to division by zero in damos_quota_score() in the DAMON_SAMPLE_MTIER module when handling zero node0_mem_used_bp or node0_mem_free_bp parameter values during module configuration. A local user can set a zero target value and enable the module to cause a denial of service.

The issue can be triggered through sysfs parameter writes before enabling the sample module.
