Description
This security bulletin contains information about 4 vulnerabilities.
1) Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-70551)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to perform server-side request forgery.
The vulnerability exists due to server-side request forgery in remote VCS repository configuration handling when processing VCS remote download settings. A remote user can replace the configured origin or supply an absolute VCS data URL to perform server-side request forgery.
Exploitation requires the ability to read an existing remote VCS repository.
2) Missing Authorization (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-70550)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to disclose sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to missing authorization in Composer repository handling when processing requests for package metadata. A remote user can request metadata from repositories they are not authorized to read to disclose sensitive information.
Exploitation is possible only under specific conditions.

The vulnerability allows a remote user to perform server-side requests to remote CocoaPods repositories.
The vulnerability exists due to server-side request forgery in JFrog Artifactory External Dependency for CocoaPods when processing external dependency requests. A remote user can trigger requests to remote CocoaPods repositories to perform server-side requests to remote CocoaPods repositories.
Exploitation is possible only under specific circumstances.
4) Missing Authorization (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-69104)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to disclose partial information, modify repository state, and cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to missing authorization in repository migration operations when initiating repository migration requests. A remote user can initiate unauthorized repository migration operations to disclose partial information, modify repository state, and cause a denial of service.
