Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists in V8 due to usage of rapidhash when computing hash strings. A remote attacker can generate multiple hash collisions, leading to a denial of service conditions.
