Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to uncontrolled search path element in the application's DLL loading mechanism when loading DLLs through insecure search paths. A local user can exploit insecure DLL search paths to execute arbitrary code.
