Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a remote user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to uncontrolled memory allocation in the Xfer plugin when receiving an unterminated Xfer chat message. A remote user can send a large amount of data without an end-of-message marker to cause a denial of service.
