Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a remote user to cause a denial of service.
The vulnerability exists due to an out-of-bounds write in CvFWD when handling network input. A remote user can supply specially crafted input to trigger a write outside the intended memory boundaries and disrupt service availability.
