Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to unchecked return value within the kfd_parse_subtype_iolink() function in drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdkfd/kfd_crat.c. A local user can crash the kernel.
