Description
This security bulletin contains information about 5 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-20101)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a HTTP host header injection attack.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in the host header. A remote attacker can force the victim to receive malicious content.
2) Cross-site request forgery (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-20102)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site request forgery attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of the HTTP request origin. A remote attacker can trick the victim to visit a specially crafted web page and perform arbitrary actions on behalf of the victim on the vulnerable website.
3) Arbitrary file upload (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-20103)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise vulnerable system.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of file during file upload. A remote attacker can upload a malicious file, steal other user cookies and force users to make actions without their knowledge.
4) Arbitrary file upload (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-20104)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise vulnerable system.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of file during file upload. A remote attacker can upload a malicious file and execute it on the server.
5) Open redirect (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-20105)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to redirect victims to arbitrary URL.
The vulnerability exists due to improper sanitization of user-supplied data in the Safari_init.php. A remote attacker can create a link that leads to a trusted website, however, when clicked, redirects the victim to arbitrary domain.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to perform a phishing attack and steal potentially sensitive information.
