Before providing any services, we interview the client and discuss all business needs and goals. All services are provided under non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and according to predetermined action plan. If your company does not have implemented policies for IT infrastructure management, we will create these policies for you and make sure they are followed.

We are continuously analyzing system logs to detect any errors or suspicious activities. Once an error is registered, it will be immediately processed, and our support team will receive an alert. We will determine the source of the warning, investigate it thoroughly and take proper actions to eliminate it.

We will do our best to mitigate any potential threat or outage, caused by system or hardware failures and prevent possible data loss.

Continuous vulnerability scanning

We perform continuous internal and external vulnerability scanning of entire network infrastructure. This allows us to detect potential software misconfigurations, outdated and vulnerable software and take proper actions to mitigate the risks.
