Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site request forgery attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of the HTTP request origin. A remote attacker can trick a logged-in administrator to visit a specially crafted webpage and create administrative user account or inject malicious PHP code into custom sidebar widgets registered with "wp_register_sidebar_widgettrick".

Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow an attacker to gain full access to the website.

Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
