Description

This security bulletin contains information about 8 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2014-0987)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when processing the NodeName2 parameter. A remote unauthenticated attacker can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

2) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2014-0988)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when processing the AccessCode parameter. A remote unauthenticated attacker can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

3) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2014-0989)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when processing the AccessCode2 parameter. A remote unauthenticated attacker can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

4) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2014-0990)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when processing the UserName parameter. A remote unauthenticated attacker can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

5) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2014-0991)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when processing the projectname parameter. A remote unauthenticated attacker can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

6) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2014-0992)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when processing the password parameter. A remote unauthenticated attacker can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

7) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2014-0985)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when processing the NodeName parameter. A remote unauthenticated attacker can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

8) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2014-0986)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when processing the GotoCmd parameter. A remote unauthenticated attacker can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
