Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling (CVE-ID: CVE-2017-12875)
The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The WritePixelCachePixels function in ImageMagick 7.0.6-6 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (CPU consumption) via a crafted file.
2) Memory leak (CVE-ID: CVE-2017-13059)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to memory leak within the function WriteOneJNGImage in coders/png.c. A remote attacker can perform a denial of service attack via a a crafted file.
3) Memory leak (CVE-ID: CVE-2017-13062)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to memory leak within the function formatIPTC in coders/meta.c. A remote attacker can perform a denial of service attack via a a crafted file.
