Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in htp_parse_authorization_digest in htp_parsers.c in LibHTP 0.5.26. A remote attacker can perform a heap-based buffer over-read via an authorization digest header.
