This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-12841)

The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to manipulate data.

Incorrect handling of user input in ZIP extraction was detected in JetBrains TeamCity. The issue was fixed in TeamCity 2018.2.2.

2) Cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-12842)

The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to read and manipulate data.

A reflected XSS on a user page was detected on one of the JetBrains TeamCity pages. The issue was fixed in TeamCity 2018.2.2.

3) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-12846)

The vulnerability allows a remote authenticated user to manipulate data.

A user without the required permissions could gain access to some JetBrains TeamCity settings. The issue was fixed in TeamCity 2018.2.2.
