DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a remote user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly impose security restrictions, which leads to security restrictions bypass and privilege escalation on Windows system. An unprivileged user can change a .exe configuration in xampp-contol.ini for all users (including admins) to enable arbitrary command execution.
