Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary condition when processing DNS queries. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted query with QTYPE 65535, trigger an out-of-bounds read error and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

Install updates from vendor's website.
