Description
This security bulletin contains information about 7 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Deserialization of Untrusted Data (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-50223)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data within the ExtendedDocumentCodec class. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
2) Deserialization of Untrusted Data (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-50219)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data within the RunQuery class. A remote user can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
3) Deserialization of Untrusted Data (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-50220)
The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data within the Base64Element class. A remote administrator can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
4) Deserialization of Untrusted Data (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-50221)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data within the ResponseParser method. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
5) Deserialization of Untrusted Data (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-50222)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data within the ResponseParser method. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
6) Path traversal (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-50233)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform directory traversal attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to input validation error when processing directory traversal sequences within the getJavaExecutable method. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request and read arbitrary files on the system, leading to arbitrary code execution.
7) Code Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-50232)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to an argument injection within the getParams method. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted request and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
