Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access control. A remote unauthenticated attacker can bypass security restrictions to exfiltrate limited data from the system or execute code with operating system user permissions.

Mitigation
Update IEC 61850 to version 5.80, DIGSI 5 to version 7.80, DIGSI 4 to version 4.93, SICAM PAS/PQS to version 8.11, SICAM PQ Analyzer to version 3.11, SICAM SCC to version 9.02 HF3.
