Description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to Moodle does not properly revoke user privileges, when removing the cohort role. A remote authenticated user, whose privileges were revoked, still has access to associated capabilities.
Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
