Description

The vulnerability allows a local user can escalate privileges on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in the Windows Diagnostics Hub Standard Collector Service. A local user can run a specially crafted application to execute arbitrary code on the target system with elevated privileges.

Install updates from vendor's website.
